You set up the TechRing in about three minutes: charge it with the included USB cable, pair it with the free FirmTech app over Bluetooth, then wear it during sex or overnight. A full charge takes 2 to 4 hours and lasts about 12 hours, and your readings sync to the app.

Putting it on
The TechRing is designed to go on before an erection, so you can put it on discreetly ahead of time. It keeps blood in without blocking ejaculation. Check your fit with the ED ring size chart.
Overnight
Wear the TechRing to bed and it tracks on its own; you do not need to do anything while you sleep. When you wake up, hold the button for 3 seconds, put it on the charger and connect to your ring in the app to sync the night. FirmTech says the ring is safe and comfortable for up to 12 hours. Use water-based or silicone-based lubricants only. FirmTech says not to use natural oils such as coconut or CBD with any of its rings.
